Your portal access will be a convenience when the weather is bad, your schedule is busy, when you are traveling on business, and find it hard to find time for one more phone call to the doctor’s office. Of course after finding out about the DFW-IMC clinic you now have multiple options for communicating with your clinic of choice; such as online portal, phone, fax, clinic email, and more. If this is your first time in the Patient portal, please review the tabs below, and then register and login; and begin preparing for your first appointment and office visit. |
| The Patient Portal is a new feature of our website that will allow patients to communicate with our clinic admin staff. Use of the Portal is a unique convenience tool that will reduce phone calls and the patient office time needed to prepare for the first or next visit. |
| The Patient Portal is available to all clinic patients after they register. Patients who register for Portal use will receive a unique user ID and password with which you can use to access this patient portal tool. Upon successful registration and login, the patient will enter or update personal and insurance coverage data; and then enter the first appointment request, and after the first visit; view office visit summary, lab results, and Vital signs online; and in the future, visit often to learn about other innovations for your convenience and care. |
| The information entered by the patient into the Patient Portal system is automatically sent to the clinic administrator queue, where it sits until our Office Manager can review, approve, or reject. When the information is approved, the system sends an approve notice and adds the data to the patient Portal database. Incomplete or rejected Patient Portal records will be held in the Admin queue for seven (7) days and will then be deleted, if it has not been updated or approved by the clinic administrative staff. |
