We are an Arlington-based, physician house-call clinic providing primary health care services to Medicare and traditional health insurance patients in their home, senior apartment, assisted living, or congregate-living setting.
Our goal is to improve access and quality of care by combining clinical excellence with uncommonly high levels of service and personalized attention for homebound patients. We service mostly Medicare patients residing in Dallas, Ft. Worth and nearby counties in their homes or living facilities. |
We strive to extend similar state-of-the-art diagnostic services available in our Clinic to homebound patients.
Our team of healthcare professionals specializes in chronic disease management and care plan development. This results in a significant reduction of emergency room, hospital and nursing home admissions for our patients.

- from 9AM to 5PM, weekend appointment available
- throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area
And yes, we are accepting new Medicare and self- pay patients. We also accept new patients with traditional health insurance plans that cover doctor house-call visits. We file all insurance forms and, for your convenience, accept credit cards for payment of charges not covered by insurance, such as co-pays and deductibles.
